Human IL4 kit
No-wash kit to quantify released Human IL4
The HTRF human IL23 kit is designed for the quantification of human IL23 release in cell supernatant.
IL23 is part of the response against infection as it upregulates the expression of MMP9 (matrix metalloprotease 9), increases angiogenesis, and reduces CD8 T cell infiltration into tumors. In oncology and immuno-oncology, IL23 has been studied for its effects on T cell infiltration and its promotion on TH17 cell development. IL23 is a heterodimeric cytokine composed of p19 and p40 subunits, the latter being shared with IL12. Cisbio's Human IL23 assay is highly specific for IL23 and does not cross react with IL12.
Assessment of serum samples often requires enhanced sensitivity. In some cases, AlphaLISA assays may have sufficient sensitivity to enable the detection of low levels of analytes in serum or plasma. Check out the Human IL-23 alpha AlphaLISA kit’s analytical performances for more information or learn more about AlphaLISA. When assaying, always follow the recommended protocol and avoid highly haemolyzed samples.
The 4 Parameter Logistic (4PL) curve is commonly recommended for fitting an ELISA standard curve. This regression enables the accurate measurement of an unknown sample across a wider range of concentrations than linear analysis, making it ideally suited to the analysis of biological systems like cytokine releases.
