TAG 72 antigen (CA 72-4) immunoradiometric assay kit RIA
The ELSA-CA72-4 kit is an specific immunoradiometric assay for TAG 72, a marker for gastric cancers. It uses reference antibodies (B72-3) and (CC 49).

Two monoclonal anti-TAG 72 antibodies are used for the sandwich. The first monoclonal anti-TAG 72 antibody is coated onto the ELSA solid phase. The second monoclonal anti-TAG 72 antibody, radiolabeled with iodine-125, is used as the tracer.
Assay procedure: 4h at RT / shaking + 16-20h at 2-6°C.
